We will ship to an alternate address only if the billing address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. All orders are charged to the credit card you indicate at the time of your purchase. Although 90% of all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase, you will also be charged for items on backorder. ORDER CANCELLATION
Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the item is not in stock the order may be cancelled within seven days from the date of purchase at the request of the client by calling (313) 790-3000 or by sending an email to support@ Electrical Industries.com Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.
BACKORDERS
Electrical Industries.com will accept orders for out of stock items. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot cancel orders that are in transit from us to you.
RETURN POLICY
Product returns are subject to the following conditions: All returns are subject to the prior authorization of Electrical Industries.com Buyer must notify Customer Service department at (313) 790-3000 or by emailing us at support@ Electrical Industries.com.and complete a (ReturnedGoodsAuthorization) “RGA” Form. The RGA Form requires lot numbers, quantities and catalog numbers along with a specific reason for return. Customer Support will either authorize or deny the request for return. Only items appearing on an approved RGA Form are acceptable for return. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed and no credit issued. All authorized returned goods must be shipped Freight prepaid . Electrical Industries will pay freight costs for Product shipped-in-error. Returns that are authorized for Product ordered-in-error or shipped-in-error will not be accepted unless returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 25% handling/restocking charge, except for Products shipped-in-error. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our customer service will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Electrical Industries.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All products must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging. Certain Products are not eligible for return. These are:a. Products that have deteriorated because of improper handling, abuse or other factors.
b. Products that have been opened, partly used or which the labels or seals have been removed or tampered.
c. Products that have been involved in a special promotion sale.
d. Broken, damaged or opened cases. Resealed cartons are not eligible for return.
e. Special products made to Buyer’s specification.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Electrical Industries.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Greekshops.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Greekshops.com shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
EXCUSABLE DELAYS
Electrical Industries.com shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes, parts shortages, manufacturing difficulties, riots, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, inability to secure materials on a timely basis, delays of carriers or suppliers, and acts in compliance with any applicable law, regulation or order (whether valid or invalid) of any government body.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES
In the event of any breach of any term or condition of sale by, or any claim of damage from any cause whatsoever against Electrical Industries.com, in no event, under any theory, shall Electrical Industries have any liability for damages in an amount exceeding the amount paid to Electrical Industries.com by Buyer, employees, agents’ representatives or other third-party doing business with or otherwise related to Buyer.
